Returns
- You can return items back to us within 20 days from invoice date.
However there is a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise to cover the costs of shipment and handling.
- All returns must accompany original packaging slip and manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags,
original intact UPC barcode, etc.

Exchanges
- You can exchange item only if it was damaged in shipping or if you received a wrong item. If that's the case,
please send e-mail to service@kritiarts.com. We will then contact you to arrange for the return of the item.
In such case, we will pay for shipping and handling. Please retain original packaging.
Please also note that because these are handcrafted goods, it may not always be possible to find a replacement.
If we cannot replace the item you ordered, we will credit your account.
